We claim no intellectual property rights over the material you provide to the momentile service. Your profile and materials uploaded remain yours. You can remove your profile at any time by deleting your account. This will also remove any text and images you have stored in the system. By posting content to momentile.com, you grant momentile permission to distribute &/or publish your content in any and all marketing and promotional materials, including but not limited to; online advertisements, website tutorials, print advertisements, apparel, books and flyers.
